The attack was coordinated by the Electronic Disturbance Theater, Electronic Civil Disobedience and the Federation of Random Action.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe activists have been urging people to help with the attacks on www.weforum.org.  At Indymedia.org. messages from those groups took credit for the crash.<\/p>\n<p>\nCharles McLean, the forum&#8217;s communications director said, We regard it as a nuisance.
